RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of what we sell, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

 

EXCHANGE

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, and all our items are well packaged to prevent any damage in transit.

 

DISCREPANCIES

If there is a discrepancy in your order (wrong item, missing item), please email us at info@agapesale.com with your order number and pictures of the discrepancy

 

DAMAGES/DEFECTS

If your order arrives damaged, pictures of the box and damaged contents must be emailed to us at info@agapesale.com in order to file a claim with the courier. 

If the product you received is defective (manufacturing, contaminated, etc.) we may request that the product be returned to us for review. 

Please have Complete Name, Correct Shipping Address, and Contact Phone on Payment Invoice. The phone number is necessary so that the delivery company may contact you if a delivery issue should occur.

We will not be Responsible for Non Deliverable order due to Incorrect Shipping Address. Once the tracking number is received from our warehouse, it will appear in your online order/ and an email will be sent to the e-mail address on file. Please make sure that your email address on file is up to date and valid.

Important Information for International Shipping

We happily support and love our international customers.


We ship all International products through UPS, DHL.  Agape Sale is not responsible for customs fees, VAT, any international fees required by your country shipping company, delays, lost or wayward International orders as they are not trackable from the USA.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to track and locate their international package from their home country and deal directly with their own postal service and custom agents. By purchasing from Agape Sale and supplying to an international shipping address, the Buyer agrees to the above. 

Agape Sale specifically is not responsible for shipments once they leave our facility.

It is an investment to ship overseas, so we encourage our international customers to include multiple items to make the journey worthwhile.

Shipping Cost Calculations

How much will shipping cost?

*Shipping rates are calculated on the Cart page as well as during the checkout process. These rates come directly from the chosen carrier page.

Shipping Timeline

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 1-3 to be prepared.

Returns

All Our Products cannot be returned for Health Reasons. We are unable to resell those products.

Returned, Lost, or Damaged Shipping Items

Returned packages from any destination due to insufficient address, forwarding address or refusal to pay customs fees will be charged a fee by the Post Office for their return to Agape Sale. This return fee, plus original shipping fees and a 20%  restocking fee will be deducted from any refunds made.

If for any reason your order arrives broken or is lost in the mail, please contact us and we will come to a resolution. Lost packages due to insufficient address or forwarding address are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.   Agape Sale is not responsible for losses if your address is not correctly entered into your account or if you do not send us a message to correct the address before the postage is purchased.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES

If your order is returned to us because it went unclaimed at the post office, we will contact you by email asking if you would like to have it reshipped. If you choose to have the order reshipped you will be sent an invoice for the cost to reship plus the amount that the courier charged us to return the package to our warehouse. If we don't receive a response within 48 hours the order will be refunded with the cost of shipping withheld along with a 20% restocking fee.

Example:

Reshipping invoice price: $20

Cost to ship: $10

Courier cost to ship back to our warehouse: $10


Packaged that are marked as delivered by USPS, and stolen, must be reported to the police. These issues are sadly, out of our control.
