RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of what we sell, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
EXCHANGE
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, and all our items are well packaged to prevent any damage in transit.
DISCREPANCIES
If there is a discrepancy in your order (wrong item, missing item), please email us at info@agapesale.com with your order number and pictures of the discrepancy
DAMAGES/DEFECTS
If your order arrives damaged, pictures of the box and damaged contents must be emailed to us at info@agapesale.com in order to file a claim with the courier.
If the product you received is defective (manufacturing, contaminated, etc.) we may request that the product be returned to us for review.
Please have Complete Name, Correct Shipping Address, and Contact Phone on Payment Invoice. The phone number is necessary so that the delivery company may contact you if a delivery issue should occur.
We will not be Responsible for Non Deliverable order due to Incorrect Shipping Address. Once the tracking number is received from our warehouse, it will appear in your online order/ and an email will be sent to the e-mail address on file. Please make sure that your email address on file is up to date and valid.
