Shipping policy

Due to the current Global Situation and for safety of our family and our customers, Agape Royal Organics is no longer accepting returns.

Agape Royal Organics promises to ship all items on time, but we are unable to control the length of time that USPS, UPS OR DHL takes to deliver to you either domestic or internationally.

If you would like more information about any item before you make a purchase, please let us know.

Please contact Agape Royal Organics if you have an issue with your purchase. We will work with you to come to the best solution.


Returned packages due to insufficient address will be given the opportunity to pay for the item to be shipped again. If you do not reply or pay within 7 days, you will receive a refund of the item price, minus the original shipping fees (actual shipping fees if you received free shipping on your order) & a $2.00 restocking fee.
Items marked Return to Sender or refusal to pay customs fees are considered to be forced returns and will not be refunded.
If for any reason your order arrives broken or is lost in the mail, please contact us and we will come to a solution. We will also help to locate the package.
Lost packages due to insufficient address or forwarding address are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.



We are happy to ship to our International Customers. However, we are not responsible for customs fees, delays, lost or wayward International orders as they are not trackable from the USA. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to track and locate their international package from their home country and deal directly with their own postal service and custom agents. By purchasing from Agape Royal Organics on our website and supplying an international shipping address, the Buyer agrees to the above. Agape Royal Organics specifically is not responsible for shipments once they leave our facility.

Please note that shipments may take months to arrive internationally with the current global health situation.

Please keep in mind we do not offer shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. 

Please have Complete Name, Correct Shipping Address, and Contact Phone on Payment Invoice. The phone number is necessary so that the delivery company may contact you if a delivery issue should occur.
