(Soak overnight or a couple of hours before first use).
- Soak body wet then rinse sponge out.
- Apply your favorite soap or body wash and work into a rich lather
- Compact the sponge into a ball and scrub/massage over your body
- Stretch or Hold on ends diagonally and horizontally across your back to reach every inch of the back).
- Rinse sapo thoroughly, then hang to dry after each use.
